How do I use a discount code?
Add your favorite items to your cart, then at checkout, enter your promo code in the “Promo code or e-gift card” field. Confirm it, and voilà! Your discount will be applied automatically.
A little tip from the fam’: make sure to save your code somewhere handy! With so many things on your mind, it’s easy to forget these little gems. And it’s always frustrating to remember it… right after placing your order.
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item. It must be in its original condition: unworn except for trying on, unwashed, with tags attached, and free of stains or odors.
Return shipping costs are generally at your expense (depending on your loyalty level). However, the shipping cost for exchanges is covered by us.
A quick note: some items cannot be returned. This includes personalised products, sale items, and second-hand pieces. Elvie products are only accepted if they are still sealed. As for Out’lait (outlet)/ Archive pieces, they are refunded as store credit.
When will I receive my order?
Your order is usually shipped within 24 working hours, subject to item availability. If this is not the case, an estimated shipping date is indicated directly on the product page.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times then depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will, of course, receive an email with a tracking link as soon as it is dispatched.
