Tajinebanane was founded in 2018 by Alison Cavaillé, based on a simple yet innovative idea: to allow women to breastfeed anywhere, anytime, while staying free in their movements and their thoughts.

How it all started
A Family Story
Tajinebanane is first and foremost Alison’s story.
After a difficult childbirth and hospitalization, she returned home with a clear desire: to keep breastfeeding, feel good, feel free, and above all… stay herself.
At that time, she couldn’t find any clothing that made her feel comfortable. So, without overthinking it, she grabbed a t-shirt she liked, a pair of scissors, and cut it on the sides to make breastfeeding easier.
It was born from a desire to feel at home everywhere. To feel comfortable in her clothes, in her body, in public spaces. To be able to feed her child without hiding, without giving up who she is.
From this simple gesture came an idea that didn’t exist yet: a gentle revolution for breastfeeding mothers, and for a whole sector that had never approached fashion from this perspective.
From this idea, Tajinebanane was born, grounded in a simple but strong conviction:

A human-sized company
Behind every t-shirt, every email, every slightly crazy idea, there is a team. Around twenty people, gathered above our boutique in Bordeaux, where everything happens.
Around Ali, founder, and Marvin, co-founder, we imagine, draw, create, and manage… in short, we make the heart of Tajinebanane beat every day. A human-sized company where every voice counts and every detail matters.
