- If you live in the French overseas territories or outside the European Union, please contact us via email.
Include the delivery slip from Kairos Logistique in your package. If you no longer have this document, write your order number, full name, and address on a piece of paper and include it in the package.
You can combine multiple orders into one package, but please include the delivery slip for each order and ensure you’ve submitted a return request for each one.

Return Policy:
In accordance with applicable laws, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in their original condition, unworn (aside from trying them on), and unwashed.
- Retain all original tags attached.
- Be free of any marks, stains (makeup, deodorant, sweat, etc.), or strong odors (perfume, cooking, etc.).
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If your return is declined, the item will be sent back to you, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exceptions:

Personalized items, sale items, and second-hand items cannot be returned.

Elvie items will only be accepted if they are still sealed in their original packaging.
- Items purchased from our Out'lait or Archive sections will only be refunded as store credit and cannot be exchanged.

Free items* must be returned if, after your return, your order no longer qualifies for the promotion that included the gift.
*This applies to promotional gifts added to your cart, not complimentary goodies included with every order.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for benefits tied to our loyalty program, detailed on our website).
- Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
Defective Products or Order Errors:
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (stitching, fabric, printing, etc.) or the wrong item, please contact us immediately. In such cases, return and reshipping costs will be covered by us.
