You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets our return conditions.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. However, from a certain loyalty level, we cover the return costs.
Register your return request by following the steps in our return form. You can choose from the following options:
An exchange for a different size*
*We will handle the exchange shipment via the original carrier, subject to stock availability.
You’ll receive a notification from the shipping provider once your package has been dispatched or is available for pickup at a parcel locker.
A refund of your return amount.
Once the refund has been processed, the amount will appear in your bank account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the payment method used. You may also receive an email with your new voucher code or e-gift card.
⚠️ For any item purchased during our Outlet (Out’lait) or Archives sales, refunds will be issued as store credit only, and exchanges will not be possible.
Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt by our logistics team.

Delivery
For any order placed before 12:00 PM (excluding weekends and holidays), the shipment will take place the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped on the next business day*.
*If a shipping date is indicated on the product page, it takes precedence over the rest of your order. If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will wait until all items are available before shipping your package.

However, during collection launches, restocks, or promotions, preparation and shipping times may be slightly extended.
All prices on this page are stated include all taxes. Depending on the delivery address, the VAT will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR USA ORDERS:
Starting August 29th, 2025, all orders to the U.S. will go through customs, no matter the amount.
This may mean some extra duties or fees at delivery — something we, unfortunately, can’t control.
